Description

Keith Ward

Artist and Songwriter, Keith Ward has prided himself on wearing his musical heart on his sleeve. With his infectious piano driven pop-fare, reminiscent of Keane, Elton John, Billy Joel, and Gavin DeGraw, Ward writes music that reels the listener in and keeps them there.

A New Yorker who honed his chops as a Music major at Syracuse University, he has been a mainstay in the northeast touring circuit for years between Boston and DC. With stints even in the UK, Ward has proven that his sound has reach both literally and figuratively. His most recent effort, Songs from a Cliffside touches on themes of love and loss, risk and reward in a personal yet relatable way. It was produced by Alex Nackman and mastered by Scott Hull at Masterdisk.

On the tour road, Keith has assembled a who’s who of New York touring musicians to bring the album to life, including celebrated saxophonist Geoff Burke (Harry Connick Jr. Band), Grammy award winning drummer Jared Schonig and Bassist Ian Stewart (Gerardo Contino).

Alex Nackman

In music, there’s a Louis Armstrong quote that goes “musicians don’t retire, they stop when there’s no more music in them.” Such is the absolute truth for songwriter, producer, and artist Alex Nackman, whose 20 years of musical travels, triumphs, fits, starts, peaks, and valleys have all contributed to defining the idea of persistence in an ever changing industry and musical landscape.

With six albums, hundreds of tour dates, and dozens of songs placed throughout television, adverts, and film, Alex Nackman has found a way to see through the fog and have others see him, as he has run the proverbial “career-gamut” as a musician, producer, composer, and artist.

He has had the privilege of opening for Norah Jones, The Roots, Zac Brown Band, Teitur, and Buddy Guy to name a handful. He has headlined venerable rooms such as The Troubadour in Los Angeles, ShowBox SoDo in Seattle, Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco, 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville, and The Borderline in London, among others.
