Description

Jimmy Khan is a Pakistani singer and songwriter from Lahore. Jimmy has honed a signature sound as he keeps adding to the colorful catalog of Pakistani indie-pop. As a singer-songwriter, he has an innate ability to capture his listener’s attention quite effortlessly, which is apparent in his recorded studio work. Apart from his earlier success being the founder and lead man of the band Jimmy Khan & the Big Ears, Jimmy has expanded his body of work with film projects such as Ho Mann Jahan (2015), Dobara Phir Se (2016), and Parey Hut Love (2019) through which a lot Jimmy’s own songwriting can be heard and felt.

His collaboration with the transgender community in a single titled ‘Madam’ and other projects like ‘Dilri Lutti’ which sheds light and celebrates some inspirational women in Pakistan has garnered him critical acclaim internationally.

In his first live folk album ‘Tich Button’ the band took to the studio and rendered some essential classic folk tunes that they had been playing live for a few years. Jimmy has performed at the prestigious Coke Studio (season 7 and season 11) .

Jimmy Khan is an international performing artist who is traveling the world with his music, finding collaborators on the way, and putting up a show wherever it is destined.
