Born in South Africa, raised in Greece, and later pursuing her musical career in the United States, Maria’s diverse cultural background deeply influences her artistry.

With a foundation in classical violin and a passion for jazz, Maria studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where she honed her skills and explored the intersection of various musical traditions. Her compositions often reflect her global journey, weaving together rich textures and emotive melodies that resonate with audiences worldwide.
