Singer-songwriter Joelle Bensaïd has been described as “poetry in tune.” He music blends folk mysticism with jazz undertones. Her lyrics explore themes of spirituality, love, loss, and divine femininity. She is a familiar face on the New York City music scene, whether it’s intimate solo performances or dynamic shows with her all-star band. Her debut album, “Dry Spells,” was released in January.
