DOORS AT 6PM; SHOW AT 7PM.

An evening of Indian classical music unfolds at DROM on April 8th, bringing together outstanding artists for a rich exploration of raga, improvisation, and rhythm.

The first set features vocalist Anirudh Srinivasraghavan, whose deeply expressive approach to Hindustani music blends tradition with a fresh sensibility. He is joined by tabla virtuoso Tejas Tope and harmonium artist Rohan Prabhudesai. Together they present an intimate vocal recital where lyrical melodies unfold gradually through improvisation, supported by intricate rhythmic dialogue and the warm resonance of the harmonium.

The second set showcases sitarist Abhik Mukherjee, accompanied by tabla maestro Enayat Hussain Khan. Their performance highlights the expressive depth of the sitar, moving from meditative alap to exhilarating rhythmic exchanges with the tabla.
