Experience the one and only Tamara Jokić, Serbian-born, NYC-based vocalist, who will be returning to Drom after the release of her highly anticipated second album, Kuća (“Home”). Known for her evocative voice and soulful storytelling, Tamara blends Balkan rhythms, Mediterranean melodies, and poetic lyricism into a contemporary acoustic performance that bridges cultures and generations.

Joined by an award-winning ensemble of world-class musicians, Tamara invites you into an intimate sonic journey through memory, migration, and belonging—crafted with precision and musical excellence.

Tamara will be joined by Gilad Barakan on guitar, Panagiotis Andreou on bass, and Julian Miltenberger on drums.

Description

Tamara Jokić is a world music artist born in Serbia, now based in New York. Through singing and songwriting, her art has taken her around the world, from European opera houses and theaters, through South Africa, to Carnegie Hall in New York.

Blending Mediterranean and Balkan influences, Tamara has developed a unique, fierce sound that reflects her deep connection to these cultures and their languages. She has worked with many renowned musicians and producers, shaping an unwavering vocal style that bridges tradition and modernity through an acoustic and intimate setting.

In February 2022, she released her debut album Transibérica with Sony Music Entertainment Portugal.

Tamara’s second studio album, Kuća, was released in March 2025.
